Warranty Guidelines
For indoor installations (all application techniques) and outdoor vertical applications, the following warranty applies: Residential use: 20 years. Commercial use: 10 years.
For outdoor horizontal installations, we recognize the increased risk associated with this type of application. While we do not recommend horizontal use and will always encourage clients to consider vertical installation as the preferred option, we understand that some may still choose horizontal application. We will explain the limitations and risks of horizontal installation, while still providing warranty coverage to support their design choices. In such cases, the following adjusted warranty terms will apply: Residential use: 5 years. Commercial use: 3 years
